Job description: ***THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE***We are looking for a passionate and dynamic, hands-on Workshop Foreman to join a rapidly growing and highly stable Motor Group. This brand is experiencing exceptional sales, and the workshop is busy, busy, busy. As a key leader in the workshop, you will be responsible for maintaining high productivity standards, ensuring first-time fixes, delivering above average customer service, and providing accurate reporting. Beyond technical expertise, we are looking for a strong team leader who can effectively manage and motivate staff while ensuring the workshop runs efficiently. To be considered, you must be a fully qualified Motor Vehicle Technician with at least 2 years of Foreman experience in a high-volume, fully staffed workshop. Experience with Chinese and/or Japanese vehicle brands will be highly beneficial.Job Requirements
Motor Mechanics Certificate (Fully Qualified)
A valid Drivers License and own transport
At least 2 years of RECENT Workshop Foreman experience in a franchised high volume motor dealership (Chinese and/or Japanese vehicle brands – advantageous)
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Well-groomed and presented
Excellent admin skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skillsComputer Literate
A solid track record
A stable and gapless work history
