QUALIFICATIONRelevant Logistics / Supply Chain qualificationBusiness Management qualification will be a bonusEXPERIENCE5 years overall work experience2-3 Warehouse managementComputer literate / ERP experienceCustoms clearance experience and basic knowledge of customs processes re import and exportERP experience (bonus knowledge of the SAP information system)DUTIES:Full warehouse function – receiving, inventory control and dispatchingManage Warehouse team and in so doing provide leadership and direction to ensure a consistent high level of service and quality for our customers.Problem solving on all shipment related issuesReceiving and booking in of inventoryInventory management – Finished Goods and Raw materialsSupplier and vendor management and relationship buildingTransport coordination ie route planningOversee and manage customer invoicingDelivery scheduling and mandatesMaintain relevant documentation, ie, receiving, shipping, handling, distribution and storage of all goods that come in and out of the warehouse.Reporting, ie, stock variancesManage inventory requisitions and issuesWarehouse house keepingEnsure proper maintenance of the warehouse facility and operational readiness of all warehouse equipmentQUALITIESBe able to interact and get along with a diverse group of people.Be able to work under pressure.Own reliable transport
Expected salary: R25000 – 35000 per month
