Job description: National company in the Mount Edgecombe area require a vibrant and passionate Service Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate should have their matric and 2 or more years experience in a similar role. Key responsibilities include answering the phone, responding to emails, booking service calls, scheduling the technical team, compiling quotes, sales orders, ordering stock, managing backorders, stock take, invoicing, collecting payments, liaising with the logistics/ technical department to ensure timely service delivery, providing customer feedback, and supporting the service manager.
