Job Title: Logistics and Procurement Officer

Job description: Job Summary Key Responsibilities
- Process and follow up on orders (ZAPPR)
- Run reports and analyze data (MRP)
- Manage inbound shipments and update ETA
- Assist with import receiving and documentation
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing
- Plan, manage, and optimize logistics operations
- Negotiate contracts and shipping rates with providers
- Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control
- Support continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives
- Participate in stock takes (mandatory)
What We’re Looking ForQualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Buying
Experience:
- 5+ years in procurement/logistics
- 2+ years in a supervisory/management role
Skills & Requirements: * Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
