This position revolves around customer service relating to any problems that customers may be experiencing with their products.Your day-to-day responsibilities would include:– Communicating with clients via email/phone/in-person to handle troubleshooting and returns
– Testing and assembly of PCs/components
– Dealing with distributors, manufacturers and warranty agents for product returns
– Liaising with courier services to assist with return logisticsAttention to detail and great communication skills showing positivity and empathy are essential traits for this role. We work in a very fast-paced industry and there will be lots to learn. If you enjoy helping others while being surrounded by technology each day then this is the position for you.The salary bracket for this position ranges from R 8,000 to R 15,000 based on experience and expertise in the field, it also offers great growth for people who have a desire to progress in their career.
