Job description: Job Summary Commercial Gr.12/N.D. Supply Chain;Adv.Comp.Lit/Excel; 5+ years exp logistics & operations. Must be proactive/a team manager/ people/customer service orientated/have analytical/problem solving/ communication/planning skills/drive CI/give attention to detail/ accuracy.Open communication to all stakeholders on requirements for the day. Mgt/plan inventory supply/meet customer demand/ intercompany ordering on materials planned/executed in time. Must co-ordinate accurate daily demand planning/achieve optimal efficiencies in the factories – in production/packing/warehousing/on time/in full/ ensure zero no stocks/sufficient raw/packing materials procured to meet expected production demand/daily production planning to meet customer requirements/communicate shortages to relevant parties. Ensure correct product/packaging available for loading model stock/manage grain/diverse stock. Generating pick slips in time/prior to loading for fast and effective turn-around time of vehicles. Ensure all vehicles optimally routed/provide a flexible/reliable/efficient inter-factory transport. Plan fleet/provide efficient/cost effective in/outbound logistics service to satisfy customers. Do transport routing/minimise route time/distance/ maximise vehicle fill/factoring in all operational constraints/SLA. Mngt/achieve optimum truck utilization. Report to G.M. Expected salary: R300000 – 360000 per year
