We are seeking a highly organized and driven Contract Manager to join our team in Montague Gardens.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
- Supervise teams responsible for the installation of commercial ceilings and partitions.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and team members to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain high safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and compliance records.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the construction or commercial installation industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of ceiling and partitioning installation processes and materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and teams.
- Ability to problem-solve, adapt to challenges, and make decisions under pressure.
- A valid drivers license and reliable transport are advantageous.
Expected salary: R20000 – 30000 per month
