- Forwarding
- Facilitate Import Clearance
- Invoicing
- Arranging Delivery of Shipments
- Estimates
- Capturing Creditors Invoices
- Updating and sending status reports
Job Responsibilities
- Assisting in Warehouse
- Assist in Collecting and Delivery of Cargo or Documents
- Communicate with Airlines to facilitate quick release of cargo
- Uploading Edocs to shipment files
- Updating shipment registers
- Updating milestones on ShipShape
- Inserting delivery date on Ship Shape
- RCG clearances
- Liasing with customers on Shipments and Estimates
- Matric year
- Freight forwarding related qualification at NQF level 3 and 4
- 2-3 years experience
- ShipShape or other experience
- Attributes
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Able to handle and work under pressure
- Excellent customer service
- Organised and able to work to deadlines
Expected salary: R23000 – 25000 per month
