- Invoicing clients and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Handling internal stock transfers efficiently.
- Processing supplier invoices and storage/transport-related invoices.
- Compiling, submitting, and managing contracts with both suppliers and clients.
- Collecting and organizing signed contracts and proof of deliveries (PODs).
- Coordinating and managing monthly audits, including collecting required documentation.
- Conducting regular 6-month reconciliations.
- Preparing and generating monthly commission reports.
- Managing stock control and providing weekly stock reports.
- Adding new suppliers and clients to our database, including necessary documentation.
- Addressing daily queries from team members, suppliers, clients, and transporters.
- Negotiating rates with transporters and managing communication with them.
- Ensuring transport contracts are accurately compiled and maintained using templates.
- Keeping clients informed about cargo status and fostering positive client relationships.
- Identifying key stakeholders at loading and off-loading points.
- Conducting daily administrative tasks, including data entry and reconciliation of PODs.
- Planning truck movements and stock delivery on a weekly basis.
Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in a logistics role.
- A relevant degree, which will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in Excel and excellent analytical skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Effective planning and organizational skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Accurate and efficient work habits.
- Excellent communication skills, including email etiquette and MS Outlook.
- Willingness to be available for cell phone queries and problem-solving after office hours.
- Negotiation skills.

Remuneration:
- Industry-related basic salary dependent on experience.
- Company pension fund contribution.
Expected salary: R20000 – 21999 per month
