We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and achieve targets by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients (both B2B and B2C).
- Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations on fabric and curtain solutions.
- Attend customer meetings, exhibitions, and showrooms to showcase products.
- Process orders and manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including both new and existing accounts.
- Collaborate with the internal design and production teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and product developments.
- Track and report sales activities, performance, and market insights.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years proven experience in sales, preferably in the textile, fabric, or home furnishings industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A passion for interior design, fabrics, and home décor.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
