Job description: Job Summary
- Matric, relevant qualification advantageous
- Minimum of five (5) years’ sales experience
- Qualification in the Sales or Marketing sector will be advantageous
- Good command of the English language – written & spoken. Afrikaans will be advantageous,
- Must have a valid driver license for a passenger vehicle (code 8), company car.
- Clean criminal record essential
- Fully computer literate in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (product presentations),
- Be responsible for all company equipment, assets, and stock under your control,
- Willing to undertake various tasks or projects given to you by the company.
- Prepared to travel as required by the company.
DUTIES
- Achieve sales targets as laid down by the company.
- Managing sales portfolio for the company
- Procure relationships with corporate business clients in line with company objectives.
- Manage sales objectives set out by Management
- Conduct satisfactory product presentations
- Compile and achieve sales budget within the agreed expense levels.
- Successfully learn the sales features and benefits of the company products and services offered to its customer base to the company’s satisfaction.
- Acquire any technical knowledge to achieve sales objectives.
- Understand opposition company products.
- Compile required reports in accordance with departmental company requirements.
- Attend sales meetings
- Ensure that all customers or potential customers have company credit approval and have an accounted open prior to supplying goods and services.
- Ensure that all customers in your area are allocated to you and are given the appropriate after sales service that promotes a positive image of the company.
- Responsible for company assets, clothing and equipment in your possession and control.
- Develop and keep up to date the branches customer data base as per the company’s requirement
Salary dependent on experience.
