Job description: Job SummaryKey Responsibilities:
- Entering data such as invoices, new orders, changes, and packing lists across Excel-based systems
- Updating Shopify and Posworx systems
- Managing parcels: sending, receiving, and following up on deliveries
- Tagging and prepping samples for customers
- Preparing spreadsheets of stock for distribution to stock customers
- Coordinating and booking deliveries into customer warehouses
- Assisting with general office tasks as needed
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in an administration / office role
Experience or qualification in the Clothing industry is ideal * Tertiary qualification is an added advantage
- Strong Excel skills are essential
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work under pressure
