Job description: Recruiting a security manager to oversee well established guarding operations in Pretoria West. Salary: R12 000 a month Key responsibilities:1. Implement security procedures.2.Supervise and train security personnel. 3.Conducting security risk assessment and compiling reports. 4. Instil discipline in guards, issue warnings and attend labour matters. 5.Monitoring security systems and responding. 6.Engaging with clients to address security related concerns. 7.Identify and recruit new clients.8. Investigate security incidents and prepare finding reports. 9. Maintaining records and documentation.10. Follow up on client payments and address non payment. Qualifications:1.PSIRA Grade B 2.South African Senior Certificate 3.5 – years’ experience as a security supervisorSerious and QUALIFIED applicants only.
