Attending inspections (open for inspections, final, building, pest inspections )
General appointments and duties set by the agent
Liaising with clients
Assisting Agents
Preparing pre-listing packages
Attending any training as required
Administration and clerical supportTo be successful in this position you must possess the following:Exceptional presentation
Clear police record check
Your own car which is well maintained and clean
Valid driver’s license
Willingness to learn and a positive can-do attitude
Great organisational skills and time management
Previous real estate sales experience is desirable but not essential
A strong background in sales or customer service would be advantageous
