Job description: Job Summary Educational Background:
- Relevant IT certification or diploma (e.g., A+, N+, or equivalent).
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in setting up and managing Active Directory.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Centre, including user setup and license management.
- Knowledge of BitLocker encryption and IT security best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network issues effectively.
- Familiarity with managing IT asset registers and software licensing.
- Basic understanding of biometric systems and hardware setup (e.g., monitors, cables, peripherals).
Software Knowledge:
- Familiarity with industry-specific software (preferable in accounting/audit).
- Basic understanding of cloud servers and server room maintenance.
Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years in an IT support or technician role.
- Hands-on experience in workstation setups, hardware upgrades, and software installations.
