Job description: Our client based in Pretoria East is looking for a qualified candidate looking to specialize in Family LawDuties:
- Drafting summonses and other pleadings, notices as well as applications within the sphere of family law
- Correspondence and liaison with clients, lawyers, offices of family advocates, advocates as well as various experts in private practice (whether psychological/social or forensic
- Attending court cases with clients and advocates
- Appearance in Family Violence court
- Attending consultations
Requirements:
- Admitted attorney
- One year Family Law experience
- The candidate must be fluent in Afrikaans and English (Speak, read, write and understand) due to client base
- Preference will be given to candidates staying in Pretoria, has reliable transport and a valid drivers’ licence
