Job description: Job Summary Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: NQF Level 5 Degree / Diploma / Certificate relevant to IT Training in MCSE and ITIL 5+ years IT support experience in a manufacturing environment Strong communication skills and able to work under pressure Project management ability Good knowledge of – Networking: The TCP/ IP protocol and standards/ Capacity planning/ VLAN computer operating systems; Enterprise Resource Planning Systems; Email systems; Database systems; ITIL- Information system management best practices The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Provide IT coordination, leadership and support to the plant / office and maximize cost reduction / avoidance opportunities using IT Assist in delivering IT services for the network, server applications and software through a broad range of tasks KPAs include Cycle Time: Customer Support Ticket Resolution Uptime: Server Environment Uptime: Network Environment Handle security breaches and major incidences Salary: NegotiableSheldon Recruitment and SelectionRecruiter
