Job Title: IT Support Officer

Job description: Job Summary Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-line support via phone, email, or in-person.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and equipment.
- Monitor IT infrastructure for performance issues and security risks.
- Maintain IT inventory records and manage hardware/software upgrades.
- Ensure security compliance and assist with IT audits.
- Collaborate with teams and vendors on IT projects.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
- Certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL, Microsoft) are a plus.
- 1-2 years’ experience in IT support.
- Proficiency in Windows, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs), and cloud tech (Office 365, Google Workspace).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
