Job description: A family-owned and operated premium fruit and vegetable supplier to the hospitality industry, lia looking for a Delivery Driver.We require a physically fit, flexible, reliable person with a great work ethic, excellent communication skills with a good working knowledge of the Johannesburg area to deliver fruit and vegetable orders to customers.You must be able to load and unload around 1-20 crates per delivery. The position requires early morning starts (4am starts – 2pm finish). Must be available to work Tuesday to Saturday and public holidays, as and when required.Role/dutiesLoading boxes of produce into the truck
Packing additional products into orders
Multiple drop deliveries to customers
Heavy lifting and repetitive tasks
Good working knowledge of the area
Cleaning the truck and reporting any possible maintenance issues
Demonstrate safe working practices at all times
Police ClearanceExperience and knowledge of fresh produce – Highly Desirable
