Job description: Job Summary Candidate Requirements:A related qualification in finance/ accounting
Should have at least 5 years of previous experience in a similar position
Payroll experience is essential
Must have excellent computer skills (Ms Office and Sage Evolution)
Should have a valid RSA ID and must submit application with a Police Clearance certificate
Should have a drivers license and own vehicle, candidates must willing to travel if required
Should be confident heading up finance without supervision
Must be reliable, ethical, motivated, passionate and honest
Should have strong leadership skills
Must have excellent communication skillsDuties:
- Management of accounts
- Financial reporting, monthly and annually, to CEO and Board Level
- Creditors, Debtors, Reconciliations and Cash Management
- Financial Policies, procedures and all internal controls
- Cash Flow forecasting
- Payroll for total staff complement when necessary
- Statutory submissions
- Year End Audits
- Annual Budgets
