Job description: Job Summary Key Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end deliverables, including bondereaux preparation, journal postings, reconciliations, and distribution of management accounts.
- Ensure accurate accounting for credit control, commissions, and claims while addressing ad hoc queries and supporting budget and forecast cycles.
- Perform detailed financial reconciliations (bank, balance sheet, underwriter) and maintain system accuracy.
- Assist with internal and external audits, identifying control weaknesses, and implementing process improvements.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic business decisions and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar (preferred).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-graduation experience; experience with MS GreatPlains and GRID is advantageous.
