Job description: Company established in the household textile industry is looking for a suitable candidate for a ERP Business Analyst role. Based in Jacobs, Durban.Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day administration of the ERP (Security, user administration, maintenance of master data)
- Facilitating changes between the business, vendors, and IT, including obtaining and documenting business requirements
- Process mapping & reengineering
- Procedure & SOP creation and update
- User training as required
- Assist with the implementation of projects
- Assist with the implementation and review of ERP controls work users and permissions
- Create technical support documentation for systems and applications
Education
- A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, finance, economics, information technology
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Report writing skills
- Problem solving & analytical thinking skills
- Data analytics (SQL beneficial)
Experience
- 2-4 years professional experience in a business role
- Prior ERP experience in the manufacturing industry beneficial
- Finance background preferable
- Business Process Management (BPM)
- Risk & controls experience beneficial
- Costing in a manufacturing environment
Expected salary: R20000 – 24000 per month
