You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive image of the brand. - Greet and assist customers, help them locate products and provide expert advice.
- Explain product features and benefits to customers, ensuring they make informed purchasing decisions.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Accurately process sales transactions and manage payments efficiently.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
