Job Title: Contracts Management Specialist

Job description: Job Summary Qualifications and Experience:
- A recognized Project Management/ Contract Management qualification.
- At least 5 years’ experience in international contracting, joint venture formation, strategic planning, or other highly complex contractual arrangements is required.
- At least 5 years’ experience in a Technical Contract Management role.
- Proficient in the use of Project Management Tools and Systems.
Key performance areas will include, but are not limited to:Contract Management:
- Draft, evaluate, negotiate, and execute various contracts, including NDAs, sales/purchasing agreements, subcontracts, and consulting agreements.
Contract Compliance & Maintenance:
- Monitor adherence to contract terms, ensuring proper execution of obligations.
- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies related to contracts.
Financial and Risk Management:
- Work closely with finance teams to ensure accurate budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting related to contracts.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, risk management, and insurance requirements.
Stakeholder Liaison:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including main contractors, subcontractors, designers, users, quality personnel, and system engineers.
- Provide detailed reports on contract schedules, cash flow, and project progress
