In This Role You Will:

Inventory Management:
- Be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory, including ensuring that stock levels are recorded accurately and maintained at optimal levels.
- Implement effective inventory security measures to prevent theft, damage, or loss of stock.

Stock Receipt and Storage:
- Ensure all incoming stock is correctly received and verified against purchase orders and delivery documentation.
- Coordinate and maintain a streamlined process for stock storage, guaranteeing that all items are stored in an organized manner and in suitable conditions.

Supplier Coordination:
- Maintain open and courteous communication with suppliers, promptly addressing any issues related to faulty or missing stock.
- Liaise with suppliers to reconcile any discrepancies and ensure timely delivery and restocking.
- Logistic Coordination:
- Arrange and oversee all driver pickups and deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of goods to customers.
- Act as a bridge between the logistics team and the company to ensure efficient stock movement and delivery.
