Key Responsibility Areas
- Assume responsibility to attending to customer needs.
- Performs all filing of incoming correspondence for personnel files, terminations, open new files, pay batches, time sheets and overtime authorities.
- Sorts, stamps and distributes the system generated leave balance letters.
- Maintaining a register for the removal and return of files and arranging for archiving of files as per the relevant units operational requirements.
- Sorts and ensures the distribution of pay slips and circulars.
- Preparing of all requisitions.
- Undertake related assignments.
- Driving and pick up people for interviews.

Essential Requirements
- Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
- Valid motor vehicle driving license.

- Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent and a relevant certificate in one of the fowling fields:
- Administration.
- Office Management and Technology.
- Public Management/Public Administration.
- Business Administration.
- Human Resource Management.
- 2 Years relevant experience.
