Diploma in Hospitality highly advantageous
Minimum 3 years recent experience in a restaurant supervisory role A MUSTOwn vehicle required
High level of computer literacy required (MS Excel a must)
Must have own vehicle
Clear Criminal RecordWorking hours:
Mondays Fridays from 7am 19h00 pm one day off every 2nd week.
Weekends: 6am 18h00 pm bi-weekly, off every second weekendDuties:Opening and closing of restaurantDaily management of staff, operations and training
Staff management, training and development
Stock Management
Manage kitchen, customer service, health and safety, equipment maintenance and administration
Ensure high standards of quality and safety
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislationSalary: R 17 000 per month (Depending on relevant experience)
