Job description: Reporting to the management Team, your requirements and responsibilities will include:Directing telephone calls, issuing standard forms, and initially greeting visitors.
Record and check the timesheet for each team member and process weekly salary payments
Assisting Manager in recruitment activities such as preparing job descriptions, advertising roles and conducting interviews. Organising the onboarding of new staff
Monitor and process petty cash for the company
Handling requests from customers, suppliers and drivers via email or phone calls.
Word processing and emailing upon general correspondence.
Setting up the meeting room and taking meeting minutes.
Maintain office and pantry supplies level.
Arrange appointments and make bookings such as travel and accommodations.
Assist with other internal departments and perform other reasonable administrative tasks.
