- Receive UFS tuition fee bursary funding applications.
- Screen applications.
- Collate applications on a database.
- Handle funding enquiries.
- Liaise with faculties on the applicant database and outcomes.
- Monitor outcome faculty decisions.
- Implement funding decisions.
- Compile feedback and reports on UFS funding distribution.
- Keep records of funding requests, allocations and expenditure.
- Present funding allocation workshops.
Inherent Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or an advanced diploma/BTech degree/postgraduate certificate on NQF Level 7 in the field of Financial Management, Accounting, Public Administration or related field.
- A minimum of two (2) years’ funding administration experience in the higher education sector.
Recommendations:
- An Honours degree/Postgraduate Diploma/professional bachelor’s degree on NQF Level 8 in the field of Financial Management, Accounting, Public Administration or related field.
