Our client is looking for a dedicated individual to join their team, responsible for ensuring their guests have a memorable experience from start to finish.Key Responsibilities:Housekeeping Duties:
- Conduct stock takes and manage controls for laundry and housekeeping equipment.
- Oversee linen inventory and quality control, ensuring our guests always have fresh, high-quality linens.
- Maintain storeroom cleanliness and efficient stock issuing.
- Conduct regular checks and maintenance of rooms and public areas.
- Manage budgets and maintain accurate par levels.
- Train team members in housekeeping and laundry best practices.
Guest Relations:
- Host guests during breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Make courtesy calls to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Assist with check-ins, check-outs, early departures, and late arrivals.
Secondary Duties (when Lodge anchors are off):
- Manage front office day sheets, gate access, guest information, and invoicing.
- Support waitstaff and venues to deliver top-notch service.
