- Relevant Qualification Advantageous.
- 2 years’ proven lodge manager and staff management experience.
- Relevant 2 years’ experience in stock control and management.
- Driver’s license essential.
- Excellent communication skills.
Duties:
- Manage all operational requirements for a 10 Room, 26 guests lodge.
- Ensure excellent guest relations and service excellence.
- Manage the stock control process.
- Manage the lodge kitchen and food orders.
- Identify maintenance issues and supervise repairs.
- Staff management, lead, motivate and guide staff.
