Job description: Job Summary Ashlea Gardens, Pretoria East: LITIGATION SECRETARY Minimum Requirements: -Well presentable and professional, Afrikaans speaking -Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base) -Minimum 3 years recent Litigation typing experience at a law firm a must -Computer literate in Lexpro Litigation -Dictaphone typing experience -Good typing skills and grammar (Preferably approximately 70wpm) -Stable employment record and contactable references -To start as soon as possible Duties: -Drafting and typing of Litigation documents, legal documents, notices and pleadings -Client liaison and typing of legal correspondence in Afrikaans and English -General legal secretarial and administrative duties -Dictaphone typing Salary: R 12 000.00 – R 15 000.00 gross (slightly negotiable depending on experience) E-mail detailed CV in Word or PDF (not as a link) to and indicate the following in the subject line: – Reference CR2604; and – Your monthly gross salary expectation in context with offered amount.
