Job Description:
As the General Manager, you will be the heart of our operation, responsible for maintaining excellence in guest service, staff management, and overall hotel operations. Your primary duties will include:

Requirements:
To be considered for the role of General Manager, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: A relevant tertiary qualification in Management or Hospitality is highly beneficial.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of General Management experience in a 3/4/5-star Boutique Hotel is essential, coupled with over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce and respect local cultures.
- Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and expense control.
- Operational Skills: Experience overseeing reception, sales conversions, stock management, and other day-to-day operations.
