Job description: Job Summary There is a Position available in Johannesburg for an experienced Debtors Clerk. Expected duties: Collect invoices and supporting documentations from LSPs or related department. Review all invoices against approved quotations. Communicate with LSPs if any further documentation is needed. Communicate with LSPs regarding errors and queries. Ensure all payments to LSP are processed within 15 days of receipt of full documentation and invoice. All payment figures to be updated per bill of lading on the Tencent Application. Minimum requirements for this position are as follows: At least a colleague education background, additional qualification as an accountant will be a plus. Minimum 2+ years of proven experience as an accountant or related will be preferred. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular). Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task. Efficient when working in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in data analysis, for planning.
