Job description: Our trusted client is a well-established retail DC. We are currently seeking enthusiastic customer focused Administration Officers to join their team located in Cape Town.You will be reuired to work the following shift patterns, which alternate between Day and Afternoon.DAY SHIFT – MON-FRI – 6:00am – 2:00pm.
AFTERNOON SHIFT – MON-FRI – 2:00pm – 10:00pm.Duties include:Provide a high level of customer service.
Liaising with drivers – collecting run-sheets and collating paperwork.
Data entry.
Arrange bookings for inbound and outbound containers.
Generate pallet dockets.
Check and reconcile outbound paperwork.
General duties as required.To be successful for this role:Strong customer service abilities.
Experience in a similar role preferably within Logistics/ Transport industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Accurate data entry skills – proficient in using MS Office Suite.
