Job Title: Customer Success Consultant – Accounting
Location: Somerset West, Cape Town
Salary Range: R20,000 to R23,000 per month (negotiable, based on experience)

Job Summary:

Emporium Human Capital is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Customer Success Consultant – Accounting (Reference: POS24301). This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients successfully adopt and effectively use our accounting solutions. You will be responsible for providing top-tier training and support to help customers achieve their business objectives.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or at least 3 years of bookkeeping experience.
- Professional Experience:
- Training, educator, or consulting experience is essential.
- Customer service or support experience is advantageous.
- Previous experience in the Property/Rental sector will be a plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Intermediate level proficiency in Excel.
- Familiarity with various accounting software packages.
Responsibilities:
As a Customer Success Consultant – Accounting, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Training Management:
- Creating and managing training plans tailored to the needs of each customer.
- Providing comprehensive system training to customers to ensure they are proficient in using our accounting solutions.
- Progress Reporting:
- Reporting on the training progress of all customers in training.
- Communicating successes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Project Coordination:
- Working directly with clients to effectively coordinate each training project from initiation to completion.
- Ensuring that all training plans are executed on schedule.
- Customer Support:
- Providing exceptional customer support by resolving queries, recommending solutions, and guiding users through system functionalities.
- Assisting with the data preparation and uploading process for new customers onboarding our system.
