To ensure that all clerical administrative functions required of the division are undertaken.
Key Responsibility AreasAdminister staff attendance and pay documentation for the division.
- Perform customer service for both internal and external customers.
- Perform data capturing.
- Perform administrative and asset control.
- Supervise staff.
- Assist in contractor administration.
- Collecting petty cash reimbursements.
- Liaising with transport section about vehicular issues.

- 4 Years relevant experience.
