- Enter data accurately into designated database, spreadsheets, and software systems.
- Update and maintain records regularly to ensure current and comprehensive data.
- Conduct regular data audits to identify and correct errors or discrepancies.
- Generate routine and ad-hoc reports to support program evaluation and decision-making.
- Provide administrative assistance to the Health and Wellness Division as needed.
- Assist in the coordination and scheduling of meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Assist in any other administration duties as required by the line manager
- Support the preparation of documents, correspondence, and materials related to data management.
- Assist in monitoring and evaluating the impact of health and wellness interventions.
- Capture data.
- Analyze data received.
- Prepare graphs on data captured.
- Write reports on data captured.
- Write and fill campus health and HIV office reports.
- Compile monthly reports on the following indicators:
- Number of First Things Activation’s.
- Number of students tested for HIV.
- Number of students screened for TB.
- Number of students who attended Peer-to Peer dialogues/discussion groups/workshops on GBV & Mental Health.
- Number of Students who attended peer dialogues/ discussions groups/workshops on HIV/TB/STI’s & SRH.
- Number of students who attended peer to peer dialogues/ discussion groups/ workshops on disability. LGBTQI & drug & alcohol abuse.
- Number of students who received mental health questionnaires during awareness campaigns and dialogue sessions.
- Number of students who received GBV questionnaires during awareness campaigns and dialogue sessions.
- Capture any other data not mentioned above if required
- Schedule appointments- Liaise with patients on suitable times for appointments.
- Capture patient data on an electronic system.
Inherent Job Requirements:
- Grade 12 on NQF Level 4.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in data capturing and report writing.
Recommendations:
- Knowledge of Department of Health programs e.g. Tier.net.
