Job description: Due to growth, we’re currently seeking an Administration Assistant to join our clients business and assist with the day to day administrative and accounts business requirements.The role:Assist with reception and customer inquiries via phone, email and website inquiry
Accounts payable/receivable
Invoicing
Purchasing of office stationery and stock
Provide administration support to management as requiredWhat we’re looking for:Self-Motivated and organised individual
Commitment to the delivery of exceptional customer service
Demonstrated client liaison skills, with clear and positive phone manner.
Sound oral, written, communication skills
Ability to use computers, Microsoft package and quickly learn new systems
Commitment to assisting in meeting relevant branch targets and Key Performance Indicators
Strong attention to detail
