Job description: Job Summary Minimum Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 5 years experience within the Shipping Industry as a Personal Assistant to MD | Marketing Assistant
- Tertiary Qualification preferred
- Additional Courses in Shipping will be advantageous
- Solid knowledge and working experience with various Ports and commodities
- Fully computer literate with a strong knowledge of MS Office and Dynamics
- Strong communication, organisational and administration ability and skills
- Must be able to meet targets and work under pressure
- Valid Driver’s License and own Transport required
- Contactable references and payslips required
Salary Structure:
- Negotiable Monthly Basic Salary, based on experience
- Benefits including Medical, Provident, Gap Cover
- Discretionary Annual Bonus
