- Manage and oversee the documentation process for mining projects
- Ensure all project documents are accurately recorded and maintained
- Implement and maintain document control processes using Aconex
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of documents
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards
- Train and support junior document controllers
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Document Controller in the mining industry
- Proficiency in Aconex software
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Education:
- Relevant degree or certification in Document Management or related field
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a document control within the mining sector
Knowledge and Skills:
- Thorough understanding of document control processes and procedures
- Knowledge of mining industry standards and regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint
