Hire Resolve’s client is currently seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Plant Engineer to join their mining team in the Limpopo province. As the Plant Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the plant equipment to ensure its optimal performance.Responsibilities:
- Manage the maintenance and repair activities of plant equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize plant performance and meet production targets.
- Implement and monitor maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety.
- Provide technical support and guidance to plant personnel.
- Monitor and control maintenance expenses within budgetary limits.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- National Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- GCC Mines and Works
- 2-3 years’ experience in processing plants in the mining industry.
- Opencast mining experience
- Valid Drivers’ License
Benefits:
- Salary: R700k-R1.2mil per annum.
