- Analyse complex datasets, identify insights, and present findings through clear reports or dashboards.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership for achieving business goals.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability through robust validation processes.
- Lead analysis projects, mentor junior team members, and work cross-functionally with other departments.
- Create predictive models, statistical tools, and frameworks to solve problems and enhance efficiency.
Job Experience & Skills Required:Qualifications:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field (Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering).
- Honors degrees in mentioned fields would be advantageous.
Experience:
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in statistical analysis, data analysis, data mining, and data manipulation.
- Practical experience with software tools such as Python, R, or C++ is advantageous.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods, predictive modelling, and data interpretation.
- Ability to align analysis with organisational goals and key performance metrics.
- Clear presentation of insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in leading projects and mentoring team members.
- Ensuring data accuracy and quality through rigorous validation.
- Capacity to embrace new tools, technologies, and industry trends.
