Job description: Exciting Opportunity:Experienced Telesales Consultant needed for a well-established Automotive company in Pretoria!Duties: Contact potential and existing clients to sell advertising space, Build and maintain a customer database for follow-ups and potential leads., Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information., Achieve sales targets through calls and effective persuasion techniques, Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.Requirements:
- At least 3 years proven experience in telesales or sales-related roles
- Experience in the automotive industry will be beneficial
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to build relationships with customers over the phone.
- Excellent telephonic skills
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Grade 12 qualification or equivalent.
