Job description: Job Summary This position involves the recruitment and placement of medical staff, supporting external stakeholders with their recruitment needs. Additionally, the Recruitment Consultant will manage a portfolio of clients across medical industries. It is imperative for the person to be client-centric and delivery-focused, ensuring exceptional service and meeting client expectations effectively.Key Duties (not limited to)
- Collaborates with clients to manage their external vacancies
- Guides client on recruitment strategies and lead end-to-end sourcing process through advertising on various job boards, social media platforms as well as in-house CRM system
- Manage the vetting applications and shortlisting of CVs for submission to the client within agreed business timeframes, ensuring fairness and compliance with processes
- Responsible for candidate interview process in alignment to the job requirements and overall competence/suitability for the environment
- Submitting all completed documents for capturing and/or processing as required
- Coordinate on-site/virtual interviews on behalf of the client similarly maintaining a relationship with the candidate throughout the recruitment process
- Engages with external stakeholders to understand their business needs and maintain relationships with respective stakeholders
- Assists hiring managers in assessing candidates suitability for roles by providing and overview and market insights of the external market
- Manages recruitment documentation and client processes
- Communicates with candidates regarding application status and maintains relationships
- Handles administrative tasks for employee onboarding, including assessments, onboarding documentation, asset procurement, and contract compilation (internal recruitment)
- Utilises recruitment to guide clients organisational transformation in alignment with business targets
- Coordinates with client to ensure efficient onboarding for new hires
- Maintain reporting pertaining to the full scope of recruitment as agreed by senior management
General
- Attending meetings as required (scheduled, regular and ad hoc) including within the team, inter-departmental, and external
- Visiting placed employee on start day and 1-week follow-up, thereafter once a month for the duration of the guarantee period
- Managing resources to promote efficiencies
- Ensuring weekly and monthly reports are submitted to Talent Acquisition Manager as per scheduled arrangement and are loaded onto the relevant and agreed platforms COB on the submission date
- Ad hoc additional or alternative functions as may be needed
