PermanentA forward-thinking company specializing in innovative solutions designed to enhance everyday life, with a focus on quality and cutting-edge technology, is looking for a Takealot platform coordinator to join their team.The ideal candidate will oversee order processing, inventory management, customer requests, and overall compliance with platform requirements to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.Minimum Requirements:
Proven experience in e-commerce platform management, preferably with Takealot.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
Proficient in using booking websites and seller portals.
Basic knowledge of invoicing systems and document preparation.Duties and Responsibilities:
Process lead times for multiple branches, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
Print barcodes, shipping labels, and shipping notes for all deliveries.
Book and manage branch deliveries using Courier Guy and booking platforms.
Allocate deliveries efficiently via the designated booking platform.
Manage overstocked products and customer returns, ensuring bookings are completed within 15 days to prevent disposal by Takealot.
Book removal orders under the “Collections” category on the Takealot booking website.
Investigate and handle goods rejected at Takealot Distribution Centers (DCs).
Monitor and resolve issues listed under the “Exceptions” tab on the booking site.
Book rejected goods for collection promptly and accurately.
Respond to customer invoice requests within 24 hours to maintain compliance with seller metrics.
Generate invoices using a standardized company template.
Save and upload invoice PDFs to the seller portal efficiently.
Add new products to the platform, sourcing images and relevant details from internal stakeholders.
Accurately categorize products and input all required data.
Manage and implement requested edits to existing product listings.
Monitor stock levels and analyze sales data from the last 30 days.
Ensure balanced stock levels across all distribution centers (DCs).
Place replenishment orders to maintain adequate inventory for fast-moving items.
Update and manage backend stock levels and advertising wallets.
