Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced SEO / SEM Specialist to develop and implement strategies that improve search engine rankings and drive targeted traffic to our digital
platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, and paid search campaigns (Google Ads etc.).Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and site audits to optimise content and structure.
Implement and manage Google Ads / PPC campaigns, optimising for ROI.
Monitor and analyse SEO/SEM performance, adjusting strategies accordingly.
Work with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed in all published materials.
Stay up to date with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends.
Track, report, and analyse website and campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush etc.
Collaborate with developers and designers to enhance website speed, user experience, and technical SEO.Requirements:2+ years of experience in SEO and SEM.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Meta Business Suite.
Proficiency in SEO tools like SEMrush etc.
Experience with website CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for technical SEO.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
