Job description: Hire Resolve’s Client is seeking to hire a Sales, Marketing, Branding and PR to join their team. The Sales, Marketing, Branding, and PR Specialist is responsible for managing and executing marketing strategies, brand development, and public relations efforts. This role will focus on enhancing the company’s digital presence, including website updates, social media management, proposal development, and PR activities. The ideal candidate will be able to coordinate multiple digital marketing and branding initiatives to enhance the company’s market position and visibility.Key Responsibilities:Sales and Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote the company’s products/services.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to increase market share and customer acquisition.
Digital Marketing:
- Manage and update digital marketing campaigns across all channels (email, social media, digital ads, etc.).
- Conduct regular updates to the company website to ensure content is fresh and engaging.
- Perform search engine optimization (SEO) tasks to improve the website’s visibility.
Branding:
- Oversee brand development and consistency across all digital platforms.
- Ensure that all marketing materials are aligned with the company’s branding guidelines.
- Develop new ideas for brand awareness campaigns.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and update the company’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Create engaging content to promote brand awareness and engage with customers.
- Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Public Relations (PR):
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and stakeholders.
- Create and distribute press releases and other PR materials to enhance the company’s public image.
- Handle media inquiries and arrange interviews or appearances for company representatives.
Proposal Development and Editing:
- Assist in developing and editing proposals for clients and potential partners.
- Ensure proposals align with marketing and branding strategies.
- Proofread and edit proposals to ensure high-quality, professional submissions.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, branding, public relations, and sales.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media platforms.
- Experience with website management and content creation.
- Proficiency in digital tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Experience with proposal development and editing.
- Other: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
