The head office is based in Cape Town, however you will be able to work from home.Job responsibilities will include, but not limited to:Customer service
Data entry across multiple platforms
Answer phone inquiries
Monitor and respond to emailed correspondence
Investigate and resolve queries
Liaising and supporting team on-site including status of jobs
General administration duties
Social media management
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:Administration experience
Display professional customer service and communication skills
Good attention to detail whilst working in a fast-paced environment
Accurate data entry skills
Good time management and the ability to meet strict deadlines
The ability to prioritise workload and multitask as required
The ability to work autonomously
A good understanding of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word
