Salary: R13,000 per MonthWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Generation & Marketing Specialist to join our growing property investment team. This part-time role (20 hours per week) is fully remote and offers the opportunity to directly impact our growth by driving high-quality leads and building strong marketing strategies.If you’re passionate about digital marketing, lead generation, and delivering results, we’d love to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesLead Generation:
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram Ads) to drive high-quality leads at a reduced cost.
- Explore and implement additional lead generation methods (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Email Marketing:
- Design, execute, and track email campaigns to nurture and engage leads.
- Implement automated workflows to drive conversions and optimize key metrics (open rates, CTRs, etc.).
Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy to grow lead flow and engagement.
- Optimize SEO efforts and manage organic social media content to drive traffic and visibility.
Content & CRM Management:
- Manage website updates, blog posts, and Trustpilot reviews to improve brand credibility.
- Use HubSpot (CRM) to track lead activity, report on campaign performance, and maintain accurate data.
Requirements
- Proven experience in lead generation, particularly using Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Hands-on experience with email marketing campaigns and workflow automation.
- Strong understanding of SEO, organic social media growth, and digital analytics.
- Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot (or similar platforms).
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Must have a laptop/PC and stable internet connection.
Expected salary: R13000 per month
